Jon White

Director of Real Estate Development + Construction

Jon White brings over 20 years of design, construction, and real estate development experience having held positions as a VP of Design and Construction, Regional Director of Property Management, Project Manager, and Superintendent. Jon is a WELL Accredited Professional, LEED Green Associate, Six Sigma Lean Professional, and AWCI certified Project Manager who specializes in Sustainable Development. Jon is a proud girl dad whose hobbies include hiking, playing guitar, and painting with his daughter.

Shannon Pearson

Director of Marketing & PR

A career hospitality professional, Shannon has a diverse background in event management, creative marketing and brand expansion. After receiving her MA from the University of Miami, Shannon spent years of her career in the arts and entertainment industry. In her free time you can find her cheering on the New York Yankees with her husband Luke, son Walker and two Bernedoodles Murphy and Frankie.

An accomplished business experience professional, Carla has a diverse background in property management and customer service. A proud wife and mother, when Carla isn’t working to make our properties the best they can be, you will find her spending time with her family and sweet maltipoo.
